I have dragon age ultimate edition and yet i dont seem to have the blood armor in my dragon age 2 game is this something i get later on in the game ?

No it should be in the game already, on the menu screen i think you go to extras or something and check unlockables and see if it's there if it is then all you have to do is get to Kirkwall and it will be in the chest in the house you live in.

The armor will be in your chest at Gamlen´s house when you reach Kirkwall.

On this site go to Profile > Your Registered Game Content and see if Blood Dragon Armor is listed there for the same system you are playing DAII on. Also just as an FYI, if your DA Ultimate is for a different system than your DAII then you won't get the items transferred over.
