I am still unable to login to the DA servers from PS3. This has been since launch with no answers from support to my emails. I have been using the same ID for years, and no game has ever had a problem until now. I already linked my PSN id to this account as well.

Anyone else still not about to login to the servesr? After I hit login I just get 'Please try again'.... obviously the most generic message ever.

Please help!

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I am dying to get help on this. I've had no responses from EA for over a week now. It's highly annoying to get zero support from the publisher on this and to just be ignored. Any help from someone would be greatly appreciated.

I've has the same issue since I purchased it last week.



I've sent two emails the first one got answered 3 days after I sent it and just told me to do the same method on the promo card and FAQ (both of which didn't work and were previously mentioned in the email) then he told me to use my profile on easportsworld and edit my bio with the games....only to get a page load error message when I click on the edit link. I've sent to response updating my situation but have yet to receive a response.

I have the PS3 and PC versions and the servers do not seem to be updating my profile with my characters nor my achivement trophies. I started with the PS3 version first and I had to come here to created an ID and confirm it then go back to the PS3 to connect. It connects but does not update.
