In ME3? No way. Personally, I don't really want an explicit baby-themed epilogue either. There are too few LI variations where a baby could happen, much less where it would.
As a side note, am I the only one who thinks a human raising an asari baby is a bad idea? The terrible twos will last years. You'll be watching Barney for a decade. It's horrifying.

Sometimes I have problems expressing myself in english properly, so another try: "we must discuss what happened on Horizon!" means it happens after Horizon, likely in ME3, so no morning sickness for a reaper larva (except the sickness caused by its looks). Although that mental image makes me chuckle, it isn't possible biologically. If femShep got knocked up night-before-Ilos, then she died a few months later, was dead for roughly 2 years... In a best case scenario, she would have shown by Horizon, and definitley by baby Reaper fight. No one would have noticed her armor not fitting, or a bump forming? Not to mention morning sickness, moodiness, gestational diabetes potential, etc? Worst case? Miscarried baby when Shepard dies, or after Shepard is brought back to life.
