i've almost completed act 2 again n there is no way the dog lords from low town are appearing at night, n am at isabela's quest in main storyline as well, n i do go to different areas everytime before i go back to lowtown at night.  I have only battled them once n have done all 3 in the 1st act lowtown, hightown n the docks any help would be appreciated:o

I've had this happen with the lowtown gangs in act 2 and act 3 in my last 2 playthroughs.
Last run I just kept going back there and eventually they all appeared. I had to go there, leave and go back quite a few times though.

still not appearing after 3 hours of non-stop game play, so am going to give up until i come back from work lol

There's at least one fairly obscure group of them tucked away in a back alley who only attack when you turn and enter said alley, rather than when you're passing nearby like normally. If you haven't already, check the area where you find Donnic in act one.

I'll bet you 20 golders that there's a rogue dog lord up on the steps by Gamlen's house. THis happened to me last playthrough. A new group will only spawn when all the stragglers are gone, so go hunt the fellow down with extreme prejudice.

This happens to me all the time.... It's very irritating.  You'll know that you haven't got them all by how much exp you get.  Each gang will give up between 300-310 exp, if you get less that on a particular group theirs still a monkey hiding in the corner somewhere :-).

hey managed to do the dog lords but guess what can't find the the missing blood thrall in act 3 in high town i have managed to do low town n the docks, its the only 1 left got to be somewhere

Thanks for the tip about the Dog Lord on Gamlen's steps... they need to fix his pathing since it seems to happen to everyoen.
