So I owned Platinum for years, but when I got my new computer I couldn't find the install discs. I bought a copy of Diamond for cheap and just used that with the cd keys it came with, but now I'd like to try and give my old cd keys to a friend. Since I legitimately own two copies of NWN this shouldn't be a copyright issue. However, I still can't find my Platinum install discs. I do have the cd keys and the play disc.
Tl;dr Can I use a Diamond disc to install nwn on his computer, but with my Platinum cd keys?

As far as I know you can, I was able to do this a while back but I haven't done a reinstall in a couple of years now. So I think it may work.
