I've played through this game several times and never had a problem with it but now when playing it yet again it kept crashing and stuff so i downloaded the patch but when I tried to install it, it said ME2 wasn't installed on the computer.
I uninstalled ME2 (on the un-install button on the launcher) to re-install it but now I can't install it at all. When the launcher starts it just has the "play" button, not the "install". So apprently I don't have it on the computer but I can sorta play it.
I wanna install it so I can install the patch and thus maybe remove some of the buggs and crap.
What's wrong?? How can I fix it??

I've never found a way to uninstall HELP!! Sorry, opportunity knocked...
Seriously, the first step I'd try is rebooting your computer. After you're back in Windows, try to re-install it.
If that doesn't work, then go to Control Panel > Programs and Features (assuming you are playing on either Windows Vista or 7). It's Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs for Windows XP. If it is listed, then try to uninstall it from there.

That's what's funny, I did that, but ME2 wasn't listed in Add or remove programs. It looks like it doesn't exsist but I still can't re-install it, it's super weird!

Hmmm. Have you looked to see if the installation directory still exists? If it does, then delete it and try to install again.
If that doesn't work, then your problem may very well be in the registry.

Delete the directory, then download either CCLeaner or Glary Utilities to search th registry for invalid entries and delete those as well.
Reinstall at your leisure.
