I usually kill Vido. I can try and rationalize it but really it boils down to watching that skumbag fly away when I know I could have gotten him.
It's one of those paragon decisions that I know in my head is the right thing to do but I feel so much worse when I do it.
Kinda reminds me of STALKER actually. In that game series there are many times when Bandits or Military will try and extort you and you have the option of handing them money but really, it's so much more satisfying killing them for their audacity.

I also punched him in the face and told him "I outta knock you the h*** out." Probably the most golden Paragon line of the series.

First time I let Vido get away, saved Zaeed, loyalty, woo.
Every subsequent time, however, I purposefully wait till after the Suicide Mission and leave Zaeed there to die.
