I want to stay lotal to Ashley, but........Miranda is just so fine!  What did you guys do?

I stuck with Ash. I do have a femshep playthrough where I romanced Kaidan and will probably romance Jacob just to see how that works out in ME3.

I'm not so sure it can be called "cheating",the ME1 LI relationship is in an ambiguous at best state in ME2. That said,my Shep had a fling with Kelly but that's not considered cheating on Kaidan according to the game.

No cheaters. All ME1 romances stayed loyal. I made new ME2 characters to romance Miranda, Tali, and Jack. And I made new single ME2 characters in case Joker or Gianna Parasini become available.

In one of my Playthroughs I stayed loyal to Ash. In another I cheated on Ash with Tali,and in the others my Shepard was single in ME1 and romanced Tali in ME2. My female Shepard romanced Liara in both,and in another She stayed single in both playthroughs and killed Jacob,Thane,and Garrus in the suicide mission.
Also I have a Paragon male Shepard who romanced Tali,and got the entire male crew killed and manage to save an all loyal female crew!

Yeah "cheating" doesn't really apply since.... you know.... you died. And they kind of moved on. I guess the best way to describe it is: Are you still pining for your ME1 LI and wanna reconcile or did you just move on?

I have many different Shepards. Some cheated, some didn't. My canon Shepard stayed faithful to Liara. I was not faithful to either Kaidan or Ash. I am working on a play through that I stay faithful to Ash, but I doubt I do the same for Alenko.

I 'cheated' on Ash and Kaidan with Jack and Thane, respectively, and I'll stand by them in ME3. No reconciliation for me, though I do hope it won't actively affect friendships and drama will stay to a minimum. We're off to stop the Reapers, no time for catfights (as amusing as they would be)

Yeah Liara, with Tali or Miranda. But never cheated on Ashley.

It's not really 'cheating' but I moved on from Kaidan to Garrus.

Imagine if you cheat on your LI from ME1 in ME2,and  they end up not becoming a squad member in ME3. That would be crazy.!.

I erased my saves with ME1 romances.
Now I only have saves with Miranda romances : so no cheating.

I have 3 male Shepards and 3 female Shepards. All but one male Shepard were with Liara, my renegade Shepard was with Ashley.

Liara was really cold (in my opinion at least) so all my Shepards moved on from her except one female Shepard because I didn't play her until after Lair of the Shadow Broker and saw that Liara was more like her old self so decided to keep them together.

I never really liked Ashley but figured she was a decent match for my renegade Shepard. After running in to her again I liked her even less so he moved on to Miranda.

If a certain klepto becomes available in ME3 I will definitely cheat even if that means removing certain "obstacles"

Is it really cheating? Ash and Kaiden move on because they think your dead who knows how many times they have "cheated" and Liara doesn't seem to mind at all, she even goes "going to give miss Vas Normandy a place on the Homeworld"

I never really liked Kaiden or Ash so both my male and female playthoughs I slept with Liara and I think she understands why I did not "stay faithful"

I never imported a romance with either VS. I cheated on Liara with Garrus once, but she took it so well that I felt bad.

All my currently existing playthroughs are loyal.

I have one save where I "cheated".

Basically he is a Colonist/War Hero who romanced Ashley..  the fact the Alliance turned it's back on the colonies makes him upset(since he is a colonist himself).. and then Ashley accuses him for betraying her and the Alliance.. so he basically says screw Ashley and the Alliance.. and is with Miranda now
