I've owned a copy of ME2 for more than a year and (after buying Kasumi and Overlord I reinstalled today) I have no access to the Cerberus Network which means I can't Authorise my any of my DLC old or new.
It will only let me put in a new Cerberus network code but I already did when I first bought it last year and it's used. Any suggestions?
Has anyone else lost access to the Cerberus Network?

You should enter your bioware account info in the cerebrus computer to do what you want. You don't need to enter the code, just to get the game to link to your account.
Start the game, get to the main menu, look for the connect at the bottom of the closed computer and click it. Once you click on the connect button, it should bring up a screen to enter your email address and password that links to this forum. Once entered log onto the network and you should be good to go.

I have been having a similar issue since a short time after I installed Appearance Pack 1 and Genesis DLC. They were loading up just fine but are no longer working. All DLC installed before those two are working fine however. The problem has persisted for some time but I haven't had a chance to try and find a solution.
The exact message I am getting is:
Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log into cerberus network with the account used to purchase DLC. Then it list the two DLC in question.
ALL of my DLC and my base game are legit/registered, so that's not the issue.
Some things I have tried were: Manually connecting to the network as noted above. I tried both activating and deactivating auto login. Turned of system UAC. Deactivated all processes but critical ones before launch.
If anyone has any other ideas I would be grateful.

Contact EA support, as it seems to be a problem with your account.

Thank you for that information. I am going to give that a try.
