I purchased ME2 recently and when I get into the game, it asked me to activate the cerberus network. I searched through the box and there is nothing in there with any type of cerberus code on it. Some one said there would be a card: nope, not there.
On the back of the box is says "Includes a single-use code granting access to the Cerberus Network"....
So where do I find this code? Did you stop distributing new copies with the code? Also, the link the purchase the access from within the game goes to a non-existent page.
What's up and how do I get access? Thanks!

Is it the EA classics version? That's the version I got today brand new and I'm having the same problem. I contacted EA support this morning about the issue but I haven't received a reply yet.

All brande new copy should have one. They say it's a card, but it's more a flyer of the size of the manual with the code printed down somewhere.
Just saying this because i know some people were expecting something like a credit card size.

Recommend using the livechat version of EA help. You are more likely to get a response in a decent amount of time. And you can work out any bugs fairly easily because you are talking to a live person instead of playing email tag.

I just used the livechat like you suggested and I got the help I needed. I explained to the guy that the code wasn't in the box and all he asked for was the email I used to play the game with and he activated the Cerberus network for me. More simple than I thought it would be
