I bought Dragaon Age Ultimate Edsition so that I could have all the content, but when I enter the Promo code to unlock all the content I've ALREADY PAID FOR, I get a message that the code has already been used/redeemed, and so all the content I'm supposed to have receive is unavailable to me n(unless I buy some Bioware points). What a crashing bore.  The content shows up in my game as Unauthorized, and I can't access  any of it, except for Awakening.

This is unbelievable. How could this happen? I've paid for it, darnit, and I want to play my game. Can anyone help?

Two different issues going on here.

Presuming that you're not talking about having purchased a used game, (which, if that's the case, has a different set of possible solutions) the fact that you entered your "promo code" ONCE means that all your "additional content" (DLC) should be authorized for the specific EA log-on account which you used at that time.

You can't use that code again... And you don't have to!

If the log-on/authentication servers are working properly, and that's by no means a given these days (unfortunately) all that content is authorized for your installation of DA:UE.  You can check for yourself by going here:  social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php.

Everything that's registered under your account should appear.

Now, assuming that the right DLC is all there under your account, the problem becomes ensuring that your install of DA recognizes it.

Troubleshooting that  problem depends on a number of factors, but let's establish that this is  the correct problem before trying to guess about what to do next.

Should be on an inlay that came with the game assuming you bought a retail copy. If a digital purchase I would assume the vendor should have sent out an email or something.
