No. Saren is dead I wouldn't want him or his angry bother showing up in ME3. If Saren shows up in 3 it ends his coolness. Now if BW wants shep to get ahold of Saren's diary or something where we could hear Saren's thoughts back in ME on his mission, on shep and the run ins they had, and just before they land to assult the Citadel.
I want to see Saren back in ME3

YES! I'm sure the Reapers still got the blueprint for Saren lying around, they controlled him for like years or months, im sure they can replicate him if they wanted.

Saren is my favorite character in ME. He is badass, and he is memorable. Never forget SAREN!!! Bring him back for ME3. I wish i could play as Saren....
You just want to play Reaper indoctrinated/ controlled cyborg Turian husk.

Nobody is going to be seeing Saren again, unless you want Bioware to write a level where Shepard invades hell and consequently sweep the lack of an afterlife in ME2 under the rug.
Okay, good one. However, I meant in the sense of Shepard died and apparently never left their body nor had any memories of a heaven, hell, or any rivers, celestial stuff, virgins, reincarnation or a Valhalla-type thing. Shepard dies, Shepard wakes up, two years have passed.

Anyone thinking of Baldur's Gate: Throne of Bhaal and the character Sarevok?
He was killed in the first game (and it was a "final" death because of... something), mentioned several times in the second, and then... yeah.

Already said but if Saren got any deader he'd be natural gas. Clearly OP has a deep emotional connection with Saren. It's time to let go and accept that Saren is dead, bullets and fire have a tendancy to do that. Even if he was brought back it would only be as a Reaper slave so whatever it was that you liked would be dead anyway.
