Ok so I just purchased the Ultimate Edition of DAO on steam and redeamed all of my codes and what not but it says that the content is not authorized for my account. What the heck is wrong that is causing this?

There are two pinned threads at the top of the forum to troubleshoot DLC issues. If those fixes don't work, see the thread on "Our Plans Moving Forward" also pinned to the top of the forum. Bioware is working on a patch to try to resolve the DLC authorization issues that is currently in beta testing. They may even need more beta testers.

I bought the ultimate edition too, and can't download the content. It says I don't have enough points to download????? When I go to the site, I then have to pay another $20+ to buy points so I can purchase content I bought with Ultimate Edition? This is ridiculous if I have to spend more $$$. I feel ripped off.

As an update, the beta for 1.05 is public and posted in a thread pinned to the top of this forum.

I had to reinstall the game, and now my code doesn't work. I need help. I have the ultimate edition, but the code i am entering in the code box isnt working. I just did this a week ago -

I thought somehow I did this in a different place because it looks like a serial code like when i entered the code for the original game. help plz

The code is associated with your user account here. You only enter it once. When you reinstall the game, you must log in to the same account you registered the content to initially. You do the same thing for every install of the game.
