This may just be me but,

I started a new TH warrior, I picked up the Sunder talent which should give a 10% increase to crit chance.

BUG: I got 0 increase to crit chance and when I use a maker's sigh potion i get a -10% to crit chance which puts me at negative crit chance when naked.

Try saving and loading and let me know if it still has the incorrect value.
