The shooting from a moving vehicle seemed very familar and one of the Brumark encounters from Gears 2 came to mind. I'm a PS3 gamer by the way but I can recognize brillaince when I see it:

Combat --> Gears
RPG Elements ---> Elder Scrolls
Atmosphere/Environment ----> Bioshock & Deus Ex

The Kinect would certainly provide a lot of opportunities here.  But the challenge is that they need something that does not require the Kinect.

I don't disagree, but E3 would have been a good plce to show them (maybe later at the EA conference?).

In combat voice comands are cool, but I think the way they use Kinect in conversation is a bit redundant.  It's quicker to select the option using the controller.  Maybe one day they will have it so you can actually seak the full dialogue and it would all lip-sync up

The Kinect gimmick with voice commands during fights meh not my thing but can see people wanting it. However the Kinect voice dialogue choosing is extremely silly because what you say doesnt match what he/she says which makes it completley pointless. It's silly paraphrasing again which makes voiced selection very bad, when will Bioware learn...

The dialog effect can be achieved by reading the option out loud and then selecting. LOL!
The combat commands are a really cool addition though. It's like you're really Shepard

Well dialog paraphrase is the new system for everything these days so you might as well get used to it.
The Witcher 2's got it as well.
