The Kinect gimmick with voice commands during fights meh not my thing but can see people wanting it. However the Kinect voice dialogue choosing is extremely silly because what you say doesnt match what he/she says which makes it completley pointless. It's silly paraphrasing again which makes voiced selection very bad, when will Bioware learn...
Well dialog paraphrase is the new system for everything these days so you might as well get used to it.
The Witcher 2's got it as well.
Oh well, if the Witcher 2 does it that is fine. Might as well copy everything else from that game while you are at it, cus right now Bioware is pretty behind TW2 in pretty much everything.

edit: only thing i didn't like was the on-rails section - they just never work well and i for one hate losing the control over the player character (besides shooting at a reaper with a pop-gun looked like an exercise in futility).

I liked the demo, though I do wonder... what was the point of shooting a machinegun at that reaper? It blatantly wasn't having any effect.

That was kind of boring. There's ten thousand Reapers and Shepards trying to take them on one by one?
Gotta start somewhere

I see they've finally smoothed the transitions between cutscenes and gameplay. Nice.

Shepard knows, but he doesn't care.
Yeah, he's just THAT awesome.
Also: **** YEAH, Legion is back!

What would you rather do, shoot at it in the hope of damaging it, or even knocking it slightly off balance to delay it's targeting, or get a paintbrush and use the time to paint concentric circles on your head instead?

RPG Elements ---> Elder Scrolls
HAHAHAHA Not even close. Mass Effect 3 can't even hope to scratch that surface.

Looked like it still had alot of ME feel to it, which is great.
I hope all that action will be backed up by an equally good story and RPG elements and that the improvement of one feature doesn't come at the expense of another.

But I'll tell you that. I wanted to see more. The different classes, powers, character progression, etc.
