Seriously, is it just a given that MW3 and BF3 get over 10 minutes of demo time? I think the story of this E3 is going to be Facebook, Kinect, and war FPSs and that's it. The game industry is trying to disappoint me.

I'm eagerly anticipating tomorrow's Nintendo conference. Any Zelda news is enough to pique my interest, and I'm also hoping that they've got something planned for Metroid. I think most of us would rather forget the horror show that was Other M.

Anyway, here's hoping for an exciting and memorable E3!

Battlefield 3 looks awesome. It wasn't a strong demo, but damn, I'm impressed. By far better than MW3 in gameplay, let's see how well it will do in campaign.

In terms of story, I think the campaign will be mostly mundane. I terms of cinematics and scenery porn, it will be top-knotch. Most military shooters aren't that bright when it comes to story.

When you think about it Cap neither are most Wars. I mean hell Hitler basically had German troops dressed as polish troops to "attack" a german outpost as his. Numerous others...more often than not war has no point, well minus in its ends. The "points" are just for civilians.

Ah well too bad I don't think spike will cover anymore so guess if I want to see more its on to game trailers.

Just out of curiousity what issue did you have with the Hope trailer?


1. When the soldiers jumped off the cliff and directly confronted the Sith troops when they had rapid-fire laser guns and machine rocket launchers. Why were the soldiers with guns running up to the enemy? Why did they jump off the cliff when they had the higher ground? It just doesn't make much sense, I'm sorry.

2. Force Hadouken!

Fair enough. I forgave those faults because I thought the lightsaber fight was awesome. I forgive most faults in exchange for lightsaber fights. I also figured the charge was because their guns were inaccurate at range but thats mostly from years of watching Stormtroopers miss everything they ever shoot at.

Incidently I loved the new trailer. I've never been so captivated by a trailer for a game I've no intention of buying before.

Battlefield 3 was the most impressive demo I've seen so far this E3. Can't wait to play the multiplayer beta this September. Multiplayer teaser was quite nice too.

ME3 demo looks nice, but it didn't really give me the same vibe of what ME 2 did to combat. Oh well.

I understand. Lightsaber fights seem to win a lot of people over, including me. A pity that there's no unimaginable rancor bondage! Haha! :lol:

So far minus a couple of things Microsoft failed on this. Wonder what Nintendo will have. Could care less about sony, and I'm dissapointed some of the games I want to know about haven't been coverd. Oh well..
