Yeah. Seemed similar to males, but more amphibian. No plating, just a toad face.
I think. It was only a glimpse.

Yeah it sounded like Mark Meer to me too. He did the voices of many salarians in the past so, it sounded a little like the more generic salarians we've heard. He did a good job adapting it to Mordin though. If they can't get Mordin's original voice actor back for some reason he'd be a half decent substitute.
