Every Xbox COMES WITH A HEADSET. It means the user can input voice commands, and since the game has to read them anyways . . .
Although maybe the Kinect has built in hardware that accomplishes that with less work on BioWare's part?
If that's the case . . . then yeah, what about the PC version? Will that be more work for BioWare to implement? Or is there Kinect Code (hereafter referred to as Kinect Kode in honor of Mortal Kombat) that you'll have to download/install onto Windows to get this functionality to work?

Bioware can do it, and it would be a real neat thing if they implemted it into the PC

Starting? You do remember that ME1 was originally a 360 exclusive right?

We'll just have to accept it and move on. But look on the bright side! You can now manage to walk in on a friend that uses it and catch them in the act of professing their undying love to their love interest (provided there's an I love you or similar line). Then just point and laugh.
I expect humorous youtube clips.

...you need only a mic to yell commands, but you also need the engine to "parse" it.
That is why voice recognition came with Kinect. We had the microphone, true. But the mic doesn't do the voice recognition itself, it needed the engine that Kinect provided to make that leap to voice recognition. And voice recognition software isn't all the same, so a program that works for Kinect doesn't mean it would work for PC. Bioware would have to create (or implement) a different voice recognition engine to make that work.
Don't get me wrong, there is total PR in this decision. These are money-making companies we're talking about. I'm just saying things are not as simple and ya' all are making it out to be.
Although I still want voice commands on my PC Mass Effect 3.

i strongly disapprove of these discrimination gimmicks, off cause its possible to add Mic function to the PC, Off cause its not a technological nightmare,

They don't need to waste time implementing it.
It's bad enough they went through the trouble developing the game to make use of the XBox Kinect.
Two wrongs don't make a right. While it does add equality, it's just not necessary. The controls worked just fine in the last installment.
