hello  this may by stupid question but how i can create morphs to Dragon Age
2 are they is similar to dragon age origins

simple answer: you can't.

there's the need for a toolset update. till now no official word about this and i doubt there ever will be.

hmm interesting so how a people from DragonAgen Nexus site a creating mods of morphing

You create the morph in the character creator screen. Then you extract the morph from the save game file. Then you repackage the morph using an erf packer.
