My goodness, it looks beautiful plus the mission patch (going on my Ohio State coat) and extra guns sweeten the deal.

I need all the weapons I can get to stop the Reapers.

What happened to the PC Physical CE? I'm looking ever where and it seems like there is only the digital version. I don't want the digital version of the art book and poster, I want the real thing

At least here in Finland it has been easy to get boxed PC CE.

They ran out some time ago... Good thing I pre-ordered mine the minute it was awailable

Best Buy and Fry's Electronics are still listing the Physical CE as available here in the states at least.

Just curious, Why did all of you wait? You should have expected this. If you are looking for CE now it is really to late might find some copies trying to scrap them up but still. Why did you wait? Ypu should always preorder when you get the chance. You can cancel a preorder and get money back if do not want days before the release. If you fail to find one or just cant get one I do not feel sorry for you. Plan better next time. Take this as learn advice or how you want to because I do not care. I got my collectors edition the day it went on sale at Gamestop. Sometimes you have to walk up to some who does not get it and just slap them to get them to learn.

PS: Sorry if that sounds rude but still why did you not Preorder it sooner?

Because not all of us can be as financially stable as yourself. But its whatever, feel free to flaunt your competence! I'm sure you must be better than all of us who did not pre-order because you had the infinite wisdom to have done so at your earliest convinience....

Don't rip into him - he is 100% right.

You could have preordered it, then decided closer to the date that you couldnt afford it, and cancel. It's not like you have to walk into a store and give them 100% of the RRP there and then.

I had to put down £5 - no matter your financial situation, if you plan to buy the standard edition then surely you could spare the deposit?

Even if you DID preorder in time, that would just mean that someone else didn't get the chance to. There were only X amount of these made, and once they were gone they were gone.

There wouldn't be all this ****ing and whining if you didn't get tickets to a concert and they sold out. Or if you didnt book seats for a resturant and they end up fully booked.

I did a few searches but no results, so I apologize if the following has been asked sometime over the course of 108 pages.

Is there anyone aside from me who would be interested in some kind of "super special edition" Mass Effect series case; i.e. some kind of nice aluminum jewel case with 4 disc spots to house all three games in a single case. Maybe just an N7 logo, or the Normandy on the box art, you know, something generic rather than a case with BioWare's default Shepards (I know I can't be the only one who thinks it's silly to have a "default" character model portrayed on case art in a game that's all about character customization).

It's just that I bought both X360 special editions and they take up a ton of space in my games drawer (space is at a premium in a 550 sq ft condo!). I already take the bonus disc out of the ME2 tin case and stick ME1 in there, but it would be kind of neat if BioWare addressed this after the fact, if there was demand for it, and we had an official case for the whole series.

I'm thinking of when the sixth season of The Simpsons came out on DVD, and rather than a normal shaped case it was an awkward hunk of plastic in the shape of Homer's head, but whoever made the thing figured people may not want such a weird case so they put a card inside the box with a number to call or website to visit (I forget which) if you wanted to be mailed a regular case.

I was just thinking it would be cool if there was something like a slipcard in ME3 cases and that if enough people responded to it they could produce the things.

I just ordered the xbox CE from BestBuy but I also have an order with Buy.com which wouldn't arrive on release day. I am wondering if it will be worth it to keep that 2nd order and sell it later. Will the Collectors Edition go up in price?

I've just pre-ordered the CE on Xbox from Amazon Germany but wont arrive till the 14/15th March. What I might do is pre-order the standard one in the UK if I can get the CE 48hrs after launch I'll trade the SE one for it. Either that or buy it on day of launch then when the CE gets here trade it back in. Probably lose £10 or something. Gutted I didn't pre-order it sooner.

Got a question here. I've been avoiding BSN and all news on ME3 until a few days ago. Just found out about the shortage on the collectors edition. I preordered mine back in December on Amazon and I'm wondering if I'll have to switch to the SE instead.

No, if you preordered ahead of time you're fine. It's just people who haven't yet, who now have to search ebay for it, that need to start considering the SE.

As far as I know it's no longer available except a small number at best buy, maybe. *it does*

Nice find.  Got free copy of ME2 from DA2 and guess now ill be getting BF3 from ME3, not a super big fan of FPS but extra free goodies is always nice
