No, if you preordered ahead of time you're fine. It's just people who haven't yet, who now have to search ebay for it, that need to start considering the SE.

As far as I know it's no longer available except a small number at best buy, maybe. *it does*

I've heard a lot of bad things about Best Buy and their pre-orders, and how they're known to oversell their stock. I haven't pre-ordered from them before myself, but a lot of other people have. Might be even be better to get it from Target.

Today the 15th of February, i saved my money to pre-order Mass Effect 3 C.E. at game stop, sadly to say i still have my money due to the fact that there no longer selling the C. E. Even when there is 34 days left to the game comes out. you people at BioWare dont make it easy for me to buy the things i went on my paycheck

eh..... I believe you're off by two weeks but yeah game stop isn't doing CE. Look through the older stuff, target may have some left, best buy may still have some. I got mine reserved last friday and most retailers were bone dry with CE, but it doesn't mean you have to give up yet.

Im glad I got the Mass Effect 3 C.E. WAAAAY ahead of time even before any content was even announced of what it would contain. I feel bad for everyone who has to scavenge for it now, but best of luck to you all.

Same here. I preordered the game the first day it was avalible. Then i switched over to the Collectors Edition the first day it was avalible.

I pre-ordered mine from both Amazon and Gamestop because I couldn't make up my mind with which Etailer I wanted to go.I decided on Gamestop,but I still kept both orders.
This is for the PC Collectors Edition.I would give one up to someone that is still looking.Just don't know how to do this.

They said it is impossible to make anymore copies of the CE before the game is released. Does this mean they might make more afterwards? id hate to give up my search just to see them on the shelves a few weeks after the game comes out.

Everyone keeps telling me to go to bestbuy or target but they dont have any

Well it depends on what version you're looking for. 360 is sold out prett ymuch everywhere, but Target still has a PC and PS3 versions.

I assume you want the 360 version, since BB still has the other two for sale.

But as of like 2 days ago, Best Buy had reopened ordering of the 360 version. They just re-sold out a few hours ago. I was able to hop on a version.

But you should check out FYE. Its actually better than like Target and Walmart because, like Bestbuy, it ships the game on the date of release and not a couple of days after. You can also get next day air shipping, which the other two sites don't offer on pre-orders. I originally had a copy from here, but cancelled once Best Buy got some more.

Yeah, total bs. Like when has a CE ever sold out for a game that's now even out yet...why even sell the standard edition when you know everyone is gonna want to buy the CE?

Honestly, I don't understand why Bioware selected EA for the partnership, EA Games is just the biggest fail concerning videogames in last years. They don't care about their customers, they take down multiplayer servers after just 1 year they are up also if they promised 2 years at least of multiplayer gaming for their games (that happened to The Lord of the Rings - Conquest), they made that thing called "Origin" that is just the parody of Steam, cause Steam rocks and Origin is lame, I started it just 2 times and the second time it was impossible to make it go in online mode, and clearly they are not the right choice to develop a game around in the global market.

A reasonable way to do it should have be this one:

-Alliance Edition: the limitated numbered edition for huge fans. They made it only for Xbox and that's just bull****.

-Collector Edition: number of it depending by order for good fans, not limitated, but of course, probably thay hate earn moneys!!

-Normal edition: just the type of edition you find for everygame.

This should be a good developing plan if your objective is to earn moneys selling a product.
I think this is the lamest develop of a game I saw, I just cant believe they did something like that.

Ah, I forgot, I bought American McGees Alice - Madness Returns, they released that game with a bug that doesnt let you go on with the game (and it happens after like 1 hour of playing), last time I checked out for a fix they didnt release one yet, they just linked a site in which some amatorial guy found a way that works only for someone. This game was released this summer. CLAP CLAP CLAP once more a fail.

Really, after first years of 21 century, EA just became a fail and a fail and a fail everyday more.

Bioware and every other studio, please, go get a partnership with Steam and Valve, they work really hard to make all works perfect and mostly they care A LOT about their customers.

They are owned by EA now. It's not actually a partnership per say.

One thing I always wondered as well is why they shoot themselves in the foot. A high demand for a CE yet they choose not to print enough thus losing all those CE sales. It's like people want to give them more money but they don't want it.

Probabl because they cost a lot more than the standard to make and because retail wants them to. It is better to sell out than have a lot of inventory left. By restricting supply they keep the price up at retail and they will have a fast sell through saving shelf space. There may be more demand for CE's but the profit margin may not be that much higher than the standard game.

It did say limited when they announced it and whatnot even before the Collectors Edition video even popped up.

Just get the Digital deluxe edition!

Granted you dont get the shiny box, or the patch.

However the remainder of the package is identical albeit comic/art and what not deing digital versions.
