BUT AGAIN, AS I STATED BEFORE, FYE HAS COPIES! ORDER BEFORE THEY SELL OUT AND YOU HAVE TO START WHINING AGAIN.

And no, money wasn't the option because you pay for the item on DELIVERY, not on preorder.
if your shop (gamestop, amazon, etc.) takes money immediately after you preorder...well, that sucks. it shouldn't be like that. :/
but seriously, whine about the lack of a CE a couple of weeks before the game releases is pretty immature and pathetic. especially if you take into consideration that both ME1 and ME2 sold out pretty quickly and are pretty valuable now, that was supposed to be a heads-up warning.
oh, and I'm glad that Bioware/EA aren't overproducing this. It's a COLLECTOR'S EDIITON. It's supposed to be VERY limited not like ever other CE out there in the last few years. 100 GBP on launch, ~30GBP a couple of MONTHS later (Killzone 3, Gears 3, etc.).

So my questions are:
Does Sears ship internationally?
and are there still Collector's Editions available for PC from Sears?
Edit: Nevermind they don't ship video games here

Hey guys I'm just curious. Many people are saying you can still get the Xbox 360 Collector's edition from Sears. But I'm interested in the PC version, and it seems that Sears still has collector's editions for all 3 platforms. I live in Cyprus so it might be possible that it's just some glitch, since every time I type the name of a video game into the search bar, the results quickly disappear, it's really weird. The only way I got to the page of the Mass Effect 3 CE is by quickly clicking it before it disappeared.
So my questions are:

Sears is sold out of the 360 version. Once you try to add it to the cart it will state it's sold out. Now PC I just saw it on a site 2 days ago. The ones that sold out first were 360, then PC, and the PS3 version can be found all over the place. But a few PC ones are out there. CHECK FRY'S at frys.com for PC CE. They still have PC and PS3. Unlike some sites, they take it down when it's sold out and not just leave it up and tell you after adding to cart.
As for the other comments by others, I got the CE. I was merely stating how I find it funny that companies see the demand for a higher priced product and refuse to meet that demand. And some people I know preordered only to be told a few weeks before launch by the store they won't get it. So they thought they had it locked. So anyone who is being smart about it, I hope your preorder doesn't get screwed.

FYE has all but the PC version right now. Or so they say. PC says sold out but they have 360 still listed as available.
To the one that can't get PC CE, get the 360 CE from FYE and also get the DDE from Origin. Then take whatever physical items you want out of the 360 one then sell it on eBay stating what you took out but all codes unused. You'll recoup your money.

I´m not in the US, but I found the CE (PC) remains available on Target and Buy.com, too. I tried with Target (they accept foreign credit cards) but the order was cancelled... twice. Don´t know the reason but maybe you can have better luck. I made a pre-order on Buy (they also accept international credit cards) and is "processing" right now... I hope it works! :innocent:
Don't do Target. They oversold. So any now will get either cancelled or pushed back which basically means cancelled because BW isn't going to print more.

agreed. every single one of you had an opportunity to preorder the CE a loooooooong time ago. I preordered mine back in June 2011 when they were first available on GAME.co.uk.

I bet your precious robotic dog and "exclusive in-game/already on the game disc content" will be made available to buy on the xbl marketplace. And if it is than every single one of you, who pre-ordered the CE well ahead of time...are gonna look like complete tools!
You know some people actually have lives...a job, kids, school, etc, and are too busy to be concerned or obsess about a game that's not going to be released until almost a year later...
If I had known that the special edition of ME3 was gonna be that limited, I would've pre-order the **** before it was even announced. I only pre-order something a month or two before launch. Pre-ordering a game almost a year before it's being released is little extreme. The Legendary Edtion of Halo Reach, and the Gear of War 3 Xbox 360 bundle, were supposed to be "extremely limited", but I was able to pre-order those things a month prior to it being released without any problem. I guarantee a lot people who pre-ordered the CE of ME3 for the 360 are going to end having their copy sold to someone else who waited last minute to pre-order. This is all gonna be EA's fault for trying to pull off some kind of marketing stunt. I don't even care about it anymore, cause ultimately I'm going to save me some money by buying the standard, and still enjoy the game even though I'm not going get the stuff that's already on the disc. The CE is an option, not a necessity, nuff said.

The idea of pre-ordering is to garuntee you'r copy, so it makes sense to pre-order a year before and not a couple of months.

The idea of pre-ordering is to garuntee you'r copy, so it makes sense to pre-order a year before and not a couple of months.
It also makes sense to make more copies of a product so a developer can make more money off of it. Pre-ordering benefits the developer more than it does a customer. It helps them figure out how many copies of the game they need to make, lets them keep the quantity at a minimum, gives them an idea of how much money they're going to make, and saves them money by not overstocking. That's why they advertise it and offer you all of these exclusive in-game items from GS, Amazon, BB, etc. It's to try and make you believe that you HAVE to pre-order, and a lot of people are gullible so they buy into it, and that helps the developer save more and sell more.
Like I said before I have never had a problem pre-ordering something a month or two before lauch (which btw...is when people are most hyped about a game!). People keep saying "oh well that's too bad, you should have pre-ordered it a year ago", well kinda the same can be said about EA/BW. They had a year to make more copies of the CE, they could have made more money but instead they decided to play it safe and keep things at a minimum. *shoulders shrug*
