You can pre-order instore aswell. You'll need a £5 deposit.

They still have PS3 editions available by the way.

The Extra Mission and Character comes free in Collector Editions, but purchasable on launch date.
The cost is unknown.

I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition from Gamestop UK in September.

It's not listed anymore on the site, but the status is 'Confirmed' on my Order Page.

I'm hoping it is cleared and secure.

SORRY for being a huge fan of the franchise and SORRY for securing myself a copy of this CE which I will pay with my own money, since I'm employed and receive payment for my work.

Really? You're embarssing yourself here. Read again what you just wrote. "was gonna be THAT limited"? Do you know how much ME1 and ME2 CE's worth these days? A LOT. Why? Because they were LIMITED. Every Collector's item (book,game,movie,painting,etc. WHATEVER) is SUPPOSED to be LIMITED. You (and every one of you) had a chance to preorder this game a LONG TIME AGO. Sorry if I come off as rude, I'm really not. I'm just trying to make a point that you have no basis for your whining about not being able to preorder this edition a couple of WEEKS before game's release. Reality check everyone...please.

Microsoft (as a publisher) disgraced itself with those overproduces CE's. Ask someone who spent ~150USD (~100GBP) on those editions only to find them A COUPLE OF MONTHS later for 30-50 GBP. Shame and disgust.

There's a pretty good chance that their going to make more copies of the CE and release them sometime after launch. I work at UPS, we get the games before GS does, and they get them 1-3 weeks prior to the release date. Over the past few months we've been shipping hundreds and thousands of brand new copies of the CE for Uncharted 3. This is the CE of a game that released back in November...so your argument is f**ked, there will be more.

For those of you who really want the CE for ME3 and can't find a place to pre-order it from before launch, just be patient or go with the stardard for now. Over time more will start surfacing on the web and in stores. Or if don't mind spending some extra money, get it on Ebay.

I am so lucky to have a brother in-laws working for gamespot norway. They get the game CE edition  in store friday, march 2
but I doubt he gives me my copy before  march 7, assssssss he does not like me very muchand what is bad for me that I am on the platform/oilrig in the North Sea from March 6 through March 21

According to Jarret Lee (BioWare Marketing Manager for ME) in the ['Petition to increase CE pre-order quantities' thread 
http://social.biowar...ex/9166420&lf=8   the N7 edition is one production run only and no more are being made. He does say "There's also a bit of news coming that may take some of the sting off for those who didn't manage to preorder this SKU." There are no details to what he means.

As you say, some additional copies may show up around launch due to stores holding back copies from being preordered in order to have copies on shelves, people ordering extra copies to sell online, etc, but I wouldn't count on it. (except for the people having extra copies to sell online, but at the expected prices I'd settle for the standard edition, YMMV. And yes I have the N7 edition preorded so it doesn't really affect me)

I pre-ordered my copy back in December last year and there were no copies at the time at the gamestop in my area. I won't be able to pick up my copy until the weekend of the release week. Should I be worried about my copy at all? I really want the CE and I am slightly afraid that I won't be able to find one.

Every retailer has been doing this in the past few days. Many people cancel their order etc. and thus a few weeks before release the retailer does inventory and puts up the copies that have been cancelled. Good for you guys though!

Yeah, now I'm just waiting to see if BB and Amazon change their order statuses as well. There's still hope for all of you wanting to pre-order it, just keep checking the sites.

I'm really upset that they stated that pre orders 'included' an extra full game, now they say it doesn't. I've since played the demo and it's OK so far, but it didn't import anything from previous games, so I figure that was due to it being a demo. In any event, I'm doubting that the perks in the digital down loads will light anyones fire, especially the reaper hoards. I kept legion through the previous games and made sure I stayed on good terms with the rachini(d:) queen as well, maybe they'll come in handy.

addnedum, I've found the notice of the extra game was canceled aroun the 17th. Had I know that I could of ordered it then. Why all the games within games with online gaming? I'm totally disappointed now. Probably a good reason to just wait till the prices goes down for normal people not hooked on the hype marketing. Kind of sad if you think about it.
