They told me its not totally impossible to get it, might be able to get one if they have extra, here's hoping

I had the Collector's edition pre-ordered for a few months, but then i canceled it because i figured the DLC would have been free in all new editions like Zaeed. At least Amazon has a $10 credit. Wish i would have kept the CE though.

Gamestop still has PS3 versionsof the CE available on-line. I guess I need to put my two cents worth in now instead of just reading everything and not responding. The DLC with the CE is free. I have already pre-ordered mine back when they announced it and what was in it. Now I am not one to buy CE's all that often or even at all for that matter. This one and its content really grabbed me and so I decided to pre-order it especially when I read what all DLC it came with. People should know that this being the last game in the ME trilogy that fans are going to scoop up the CE very fast because there wont be any more Shepard related ME stuff released. You snooze you loose is basically what I am saying and also the $20 extra for the CE stuff is well worth it. Now if I had to pay for the DLC in addition to the CE than I would be upset but considering I get it for free than I am happy that I dont have to pay for it later.

I was about to go with Gamestop, but their shipping is $12 and the earliest it will be delivered is on March, 7th. The total with tax was $99.94. I'll just take my standard edition from Amazon for $59.99 witha a $10 credit and free Release date shipping.jeffasaurusrex wrote...

As a person who has missed out on CE stuff in the past, I understand frustrations about not getting the DLC in your SE, but I also have to point out that there's always been some kind of reward for getting the CE, and sometimes that stuff is never released to those who own SE. Stop crying about it and deal with it, we're paying $20 more than you for extra sh*t, most of which doesn't have anything to do with the game itself. Pay your 10 bucks for the DLC and be happy they didn't wait another year to give it out.

I agree. Even though i won't get the CE ( unless Amazon has some extras their not telling anyone about) because i understand that i could have gotten the CE if i acted sooner. I have purchased all the DLC for ME, ME2, and DA:O, and will do so for ME3.

DO NOT pre-order the CE from Fry's Electronics. I did it a few days ago and today I found the status was "Back Order", which is impossible to fulfill since there aren't any more copies being made. Just a heads up.

This is probably what's happening with most stores still offering the CE. They aren't making anymore, so being put on back-order is counter-productive.
