I was trying to order through shop.to but CE is out of stock as I was trying to complete my pre-order.

Play still apparently has it.

GAME is now officially rubbish. I knew they were having difficulties but this takes the biscuit. Given their service as well I'm not surprised at the difficulties they are having either. Also...never liked special editions being exclusives to any one store. Stuff like this is why.

Game can take the £5 voucher code and stick it - as if I'm going to buy anything from them ever again! That's just an insult on top of cancelling pre-orders. I hope Bioware will support us and make sure we don't lose our bonuses if we manage to get it from another supplier. This is gutting this close to release.

I think at the very least Bioware should offer a download code for something to anyone who can prove they lost a preorder.

Why? Bioware didn't try and sell us something that they didn't already have and had been having trouble negotiating getting it for some time.

Was just told by Gamestop.ie that preorders of mass effect 3 include N7 Valkyrie Assault Rifle and N7 Defender Armour with the N7 editions. Thought you guys might like to know

Can't say I am surprised. But things could have been worse, Last Story on Wii I think had pre-orders cancelled only 1 or 2 days before release.

This is an issue with publisher/distributor/retailer rather than developer. Their work is done, discs have been produced and they should be working on DLC and updates. I'm sure info from Evil Chris would be appreciated though

Just waiting for info on Argus Rifle and N7 pre-order bonuses. I mean shopto had a free t-shirt and rifle with their standard pre-order but nothing mentioned for CE.

No but they did enter into an exclusive deal with a company that was floundering, that is my problem the N7 edition was only availble from Game. Bioware/EA made a deal with Game Group PLC, by pulling stock they are simply hurting their fans.

@ Bigstig Then that's a fair enough statement, I did not realise that at the time that edition was exclusive to Game. On that front though Play now has the n7 edition currently for PC and PS3.

You better give those of us who've been screwed over by GAME an alternative, BioWare. If not, you can count on not getting any purchases from me (and many other fans) in the future. I'm really tired of this. I went through hell to order the CE, and now it's been taken away from me again.

As soon as anyone hears anything, please spread the word. This is beyond a joke.

Glad I got my re-pre-order in with ShopTo.net earlier today. Considering I got a £25 Game voucher for Christmas, solely for the purpose of buying ME3, I'm gutted and now poorer than I should be.
I'm done with Game, never, ever going to be using them again.

The agreement with GAME is one that has been running for a number of years. At the time it was agreed GAME weren't floundering. It was their disasterous sales figures last year that caused the banks to pull their insurance... Bioware\\EA had no choice but to honour that deal until GAME couldn't meet their commitments. They could then look to other retailers.

Well i'm seriously p***ed off at Game now... seriously, only a week before release and they cancel everything.... even the normal editions?? I had my pre-order for the collectors editions with them since May last year... and now they cancel it??

So i've found it on Play.com and Amazon.co.uk... but will i still get all of the pre-order stuff i would have gotten with game?

As others have said Game can take that £5 voucher and stick it where the Sun doesn't shine. Not only do you cancel the pre-order a week before release you don't refund the £25 worth of points I put on the order...weak

Gamestop UK has it listed and has 360 versions so ordered there is anyone is interested...free Dog Tags as well...exicting. Note that their website is struggling at the moment (I wonder why).

SO SO SO SO glad amazon are selling the CE copies, i was real upset when i received the email from GAME. my heart broke a little, but im happy now! ^.^

We have kind of been screwed over by Game here. I mean i don't agree with the fact that EA/Bioware gives exclusives, but the fault lies with Game. Sad day
