Just did the support line from EA and this is what they said.

you: What is going on?
you: whith the mass effect 3 ce edition
you: I ordered it from game over a year ago and now can't get it
you: The reason I ordered it from game was because it was worth the cost for the ce edition, it is not worth the cost for the standard edition as the standard edition does not have the artwork, and other extras that you will sell for a larger profit later.
you: It is unfair that others who had not ordered it earlier no have it and those you did order it earlier can't get it
you: What is ea going to do about this
Manish: Hello
Manish: I apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
Manish: The game is not released yet but Demo version is available there so you can download it through Origin.
you: That does not answer the question

I've lost out on the ME3 N7 CE preorder because of this and firstly I will never order anything from Game ever again. Secondly, this will make me seriously consider whether or not to purchase any other EA titles.

Surely EA could've done something for those of us that have had the game preordered since it went up?

We commited to buying your game, where's the commitment to us?

ok guys for those of you who have ordered from play.com you also might not get the game...i was just on the phone confirming my order i made yesterday to them and apparently when i ordered it it was out of stock yet it was still on the site for about an hour or so after........i was told i wont be getting the game at all even tho its on my list of outstanding orders

blockbuster appear to have had new Ce in finally i was able to order mine and my mates copies just hope s**t don't hit the fan again

The way this has been handed in the last few days is a complete joke. EA should have canceled the exclusivity a month or more back or honored it.

This is a huge ****ing let down... A ME fan from day one of the series... I have every collectors edition so far all DLC from both prior games. I pre-ordered ME3 when it was announced from game now I have nothing. I got the email this morning.... now Its sold out everywhere!!!!!!

go check blockbuster they have some more

plus just got off phone to them and if your able to preorder it then you will get it, not like play.com who lets you preorder it even if its out of stock. They remove the preorder now button the second they run out of stock so you cant preorder something thats not gonna get delivered. the lady even told me they will probably ship it the weds so itll arrive the fri (on time yay!!)

i was lucky. Found out about the game issue on this forum yesterday and managed to repreorder the ce thru shopto. I think they were sold out 30 mins later. God bless BSN!

i think, cus of all this trouble we are all having getting the CE ordered, we all should get the preorder bonuses regardless of where we manage to buy it from, the Standard edition could still be retailer specific as they are easier to get but us CE buyers should get it regardless.

Im really glad i managed to reorder mine at Blockbuster after Play.com also messed up (letting me preorder even tho it was out of stock).

Hell i wouldnt of known that i wasnt gonna get it from play.com if i hadnt called them to double check first thing this morning.

Well managed to preorder it on Blockbuster for the 360 then realised i brought one from ebay........Well at least i sercued a copy for my friend lol..Even though it was a bit expensive.

i placed my order with them yesterday and i called this morning to check and i was told id get the guide id ordered but not the game as that was out of stock when i ordered it yet the product was available to order for at least an hour after i had ordered it. I had a go at them about it and the fact that i wouldnt have known unless i had called them....they dont email you or anything letting you know your not gonna get it.
