if you put the order through and got the confirmation email then you should get your copy....itll take a day or so to process and be dispatched but looks like they got the stock in now to start processing orders. i think they do it on a 1st come 1st serve basis so as you only ordered today your order might be one of the last to be processed, not 100% sure tho.

Hmmm... not had confirmation email, but my order is processing in warehouse so should be fine... Hopefully.

ive had that when ordering before when i didnt get the email, sometimes
it glitches on their end and you will only get the dispatch one....if
its being processed it means your order did go thru they are just taking
payment, it wont change now til its ready for dispatch which will most
likely be tomorrow or weds

I recieved an e-mail cofirming my order but Im so use to bad luck with the CE that knowing my luck, they wont have it! Still I've ordered the PC version and the standard just incase. That way I get most of the CE extras and the Xbox play!. Just no weapons, hoodie and pooch!

well as i ordered using my credit card and i cant find out if payment has gone out or not i just called play.com, the lady checked my payment and said its gone thru and that it would likely be dispatched later today or early tomorrow

as ive also got the CE game guid ordered as well i did ask about that and they havent had them in yet but should be either later today or tomorrow, seems like they got the game first (i only got the guide to complete the CE collection lol ill probably neva read it )

what number you trying? i use 0845 800 1020 and then option 1....doesnt matter what option tbh but i get all the nice people on option 1 lol

Game UK? have been cancelling their pre-orders for Mass Effect 3. Other places might have them. And of course, you can always get the digital collector's edition....

Sad, I know, if you wanted the artbook in physical form and the nice tinbox case...

If you're in the US, check out Gamestop's site. They put up all 3 platforms about 90 minutes ago.

Everywhere listed here (www.ea.com/uk/1/mass-effect-3-update-1) , Grainger Games and HMV. Turns out Argos have it listed, but the site wont let me complete the order.

Argos also have the CE listed for XBOX and PS3 for anyone still after those. Never mind, sold out already.

So I just checked the GameStop website, and they not have the option to adding a copy of the CE for the 360..I thought they were out of stock? Would getting it today still count as a pre-order? Cause I have already paid for one in full at a local electronics store last week, was told that particular store is only getting 16 copies o_o

About a month ago, I pre-orderd a collector's edition from a local game store. I went in today to pay the remainder, only to find out that my CE was canceled. I'm very disappointed that this is even possible, because I thought the whole point of pre-ordering was to guarantee a copy on launch. I will not be purchasing any more games from EA. Unfortunately this means I won't be getting anymore games from Bioware either.

Also I'm rather frustrated that I have to resort to commenting on the announcement forum, since clicking on the Email Us option redirects to the EA website, which as far as I can tell, doesn't have an option to send an email. So who knows if my frustration will even be heard by either company's customer service departments.

If it was Game you preordered it from its not EA's fault....Game couldn't afford to pay for the games and because Game as a company owes a lot to various creditors EA asked for the money for the games upfront which they had a right to do. Game not only lost rights for ea games apparently nintendo are doing the same.

If it wasnt Game you preordered it from maybe you should ask the store why they arent stocking the CE because its not EA's doing when orders are cancelled except when ordered from Origin, once the game has left EA and gone to a retailer its up to the retailer to sell it not EA.

Mine is currently "Enroute to Destination Processing Center"(I ordered from Best Buy). Nothing has been updated today but hopefully tommorow. Sadly mine won't come till March 12. I did get free shipping though, so I guess I shouldn't complain. lol So tempted to watch an unboxing video on youtube but I wanna be surprised.

No, I didn't order from Game. It was in the US. The store owner said the distributer called him and said EA pulled all their CE copies. If EA won't ship copies to the distributer, despite already having my money (so not a credit problem), it is most definitely EA's fault. Coupled with the fact that a few posts up has Gamestop re-opening CE sales on all platforms, it's not hard to put two and two together: retailer favoritism, rather than first come first serve.
