Being the ME fanboy and completist I am, I'll definitely pick this up.  I tracked down all the promo stuff for ME 2 and DAO and DA2, so I'll be doing the same here. 

I wonder if the Dark Horse comic will be a single issue of Evolution or Redemption, a TPB (trade paperback collection) of either Redemption or Evolution, or an entirely new story which ties into ME3.

Well I'm definitely getting it. Just wondering if I should order now or wait till I find out what sort of pre-order incentives the various retailers are offering.

PS: On a side note I really dislike retailer exclusive DLC and I'd be pleased if Mass Effect 3 didn't continue this unfortunate trend in gaming.

In the UK 79€ will go as far as $79 will in the US.  It's priced relative to your local economy. At least your not like Australia who actually get penalized by the exchange rate.

...except most games here in the UK are at a similar price to the US versions. The regular Mass Effect 3 UK price is reasonable, but the Collector's edition is horrifically and disproportionately overpriced in the UK and even more so on mainland Europe.

I was hoping for a bit more of a bang to end the trilogy on, perhaps a statue akin to the Halo Reach, Crysis 2, GOW 3 etc mega-editions. Oh well, I'll settle for what's on the cards happily enough.

In Dragon Age II, there were a set of pre-order bonuses. Then later, they would release more, but the people who had already pre-ordered got that new content as well.

So I am hearing that the N7 hoody for Shepard in game has been cut from the CE? Can anyone else confirm that? It's a minor thing but one that added a lot of charm to the CE I felt and if it has been removed it would only diminish the CE further sadly.

I am incredibly impressed at how much of a mess this has all become already. I can only imagine the sort of headaches pre-order incentives could add down the line.
