I already have ME1 on Steam, along with just about every other game I have. Being able to redownload everything to my computer means I don't have to worry about losing it or messing with discs and various installation methods. Plus it auto-updates. I thought they said they were going to use Steamworks, until EA released that thing no one is going to use.

I wish there was some kind of definitive Special Boxed Edition, though. I walked into Gamestop to pre-order ME3, and had to walk right past this stack of about 10 boxes of the Balls of Steel edition for DNF. I mean really, DNF gets a huge boxed release but the Mass Effect series gets nothing (despite its status as holding the most GotY awards in history)?

Once I learned what was in it I immediately switched to the CE version on my pre-order at Gamestop And its only $20 more,not too bad :3

Germans tend to remove English or any other foreign language from whatever they can get their hands on and replace it with their own, so... yeah.

ME1 and 2 were Multi-Language, should be the same for ME3. You would only be stuck with the German Manual (if such a thing will exist for ME3). In Addition, considering that a DarkHorse Comic is included in the CE, i don't think all foreign languages will be removed from it

Thought about this problem as well! But yeah, I think Tleining is right, English will be available anyhow!

Another thing I´d like to be sure of:
If there really is an extra mission and character included! The text descriptions don´t mention this, only the CE cover! (sorry if this has already been discussed, can´t be bothere to read the whole thread atm...just direct me to a quote )

And I sure hope they don´t run out of CEs, I´m going to order mine only tomorrow

Pre-ordered yesterday.... at Gamestop. If it turns out that there is a different and cooler pre-order incentive that Amazon posts, I'll be annoyed.

It's not annoying that there are different pre-order incentives, it's annoying that they don't get announced for months and months. I'm still miffed that all I got was the stupid Inferno Armor and Gamestop gave out Terminus AND the Blackstorm (which is why I went with Gamestop this time).

Now, if there are no pre-order incentives and everyone gets the same thing.... so much the better.

So wait its possible to change your order to the CE, if ordered from Gamestop, even if you already pre-oredred the game before the CE was announced! Great! This will save me purchasing a whole new game for the sake of getting the CE. I for one am relieved.

Yes.  I pre-ordered the regular version in Feburay and changed it to the CE the day after it was announced.  Just stop into the store and tell them to change it.  They will just cancel the regular version and change it to the CE.  My copy is completely paid for and ready for the midnight release. 

There will be a  midnight release right?   I hope so.  I don't want to wait until I get up on the 6th to get it.  I want to play it until the sun comes up.

Are you guys just gonna pack every CE with a XXL size one or will we have to dp sonething else to get the hoodie, anyone know?

Umm I think the hoodie is an in-game item for Shephard to wear... Not an actual real life hoodie. Although that would be awesome!

Ah i see, kinda dissipointed but at the same time i cant wait to see shepard in a N7 hoodie on the Normandy, its gonna be reallly weird to see.

I did that with another game. They released a limited edition hoody on their store to celebrate the 150th quest so I bought one and did the quest wearing the hoody. Geeky, but it felt good!

I've already preordered the CE on X360 but now i'm thinking about getting the PS3 version too since i'll be getting the PS3 version of ME2 soon. Just because having my Mass Effect on just one console isn't enough

i'm getting it on 2 platforms aswell (360 and pc) since i have me1 + 2 on 360 and pc.

I'm A HUGE ME fan. Therefore, I preordered ME3 CE on both the 360 and the PS3. Like you said, having Mass Effect on just one console isn't enough!<3:P<3:D

Hope it´s like that. But I might make an account on Gamestop just to order the CE there, and then wait for the extras to be announced...then I cancel the order I don´t really like :DD
