Is the collector edition will be a bilingual version for Quebec like for DA2 or then be an English only version? Since I have the first two episodes in French and I want to finish the trilogy in French, I would like to have some clarification on that please it, the collector edition tempts me so much. thank you.

Just checked out the EULA for pre-ordering the N7 ME3 at the Origin store. No. Way.

I got ME 1/ 2 on Steam and would like a digital version of the third too. Would even stomach another client on my PC and have Origin join my PC alongside GFWL and Steam. But not with those conditions. Really want those extras but not that badly.

The last time I checked, Canada is a BI-lingual country, English & French are the Official languages. BW is a Canadian Company: therefore, ALL BW's games should be in both English and French (and other languages). A lot of the work is being done in the Montreal studio (French speaking Canada).

I know that, thanks.  Seriously, in France the collector's edition is in English only. In addition, the two first Mass Effect comes in two versions (for Quebec at last), one English and one French, not bilingual. So that's why I ask this question. I am a Quebecer, I know the linguistic reality of Canada. I am still awaiting confirmation concerning this CE.

I'm reading from multiple sources a limitation of activation key/number of subsequent installs to 4 after which the game will have to be re-purchased, as well as personally identifiable data mining and sharing of that data anonymously with third parties - with no opt out.

One thing that I find weird is why there is not a N7 version of every type of weapon in the CE like there is no assault rifle one for example.

It was an idea they explored way back but as it turns out there is just a Collector's Edition without a big item (aka The Normady ship model). But you can order a Normady ship replica on their own store and thus creating a Uber Collector's Edition for yourself. It will ship at the end of the year.
