It's not actually saying anything, and it's in absolutely horrendous English for a UK company. It reads more like a Chinese spam e-mail

Yeah I am from the Netherlands aswell and even the gamestores that got most of the special stuff don't got the mass effect 3 collector's eddition on it, just the normal one... Can please some clear that up why that is, are we dutchies left in the cold?

I have no explanation for this either. Bol.com did sell the ME2 CE and was the only dutch store I saw had the SWTOR Collectors edition so EA definitly didn't forget about them. I guess us dutch people have no choice but to sit tight and wait. We're still months away from ME3 going gold and in production so I suppose we'll have at least until this time. I will be pre ordering the CE the instant it becomes available though... *Sighs* all this waiting:mellow:

Would be nice to get some official info on this...

already pre-ordered it. The bonus in-game content will be great, and the art book will be cool to look at. I never get special editions of games, but this was an exception.

I had to call Play.com in the past, would rather use email but wasn't available or i couldn't find a way to get in touch in a written format for what I needed. I did get the impression I was calling a centre in India or somewhere, 0845 number as well. Could explain why the english isn't perfect, my interpretation of the reply was to get the information from the items they sell on their website. But no ME3 CE is listed. Doesn't sound like decent customer service on their part.

Anyway came here to look at the contents of CE because thinking of cancelling it. So many now that the only thing I'm interested in is the DLC and not much else, DLC likely to be available at some point separately. ME3 is staying on my list though after a recap

Would be nice, wont happen as DLC is cheaper/easier to produce.

I agree, but it's been several months and a great many things have been discussed and considered for the better game play. DLC and other mods are an excellent way to extend beyond the editor's pinch to meet deadlines.

Even though I have both the PS3 and 360 CEs pre-ordered, I am even more annoyed at no "uber" $150 collectors edition now seeing as one has been announced for The Old Republic. Why not ME3 BioWare, WHY!? :'(

A couple of quick questions:



Will the digital soundtrack be the complete one, or will it one of several? (ME2 had the original soundtrack, then sometime afterwards we got the atmosphere and combat soundtracks)

Is the exclusive mission and character no longer part of the CE?



Because I'm in the UK and will have to pay pretty much double the standard price to get the CE I really want to know exactly what I'm getting. I am willing to pay the money, but it is a lot and so I would just like a little more info about what I'll be getting.

If you order the boxed copy from Origin, you'll get the hard copy book. If you order the digital version, you'll get the digital art book.

Haha, glad you were able to pre-order at Gamestation! I tried and I'm still not able to do it. Ah well, my GAME UK pre-order is still in place, so I could be worse. Lets hope they sort it out soon. Either of them, that is.

How the writers managed to think that a converted FENRIS mech is better as a pet than Urz is beyond me.
