I'm confused, why is it so difficult for other countries to get a CE? I know I live in the U.S. but why is a CE difficult for other folks? Couldn't you guys just order from some American site and pay the extra high shipping (although, I don't even know if that would be logical, but I think foreigners are paying extra for the game anyways) if you are unsure of whether the game will release in your country.
I am also wondering about geo-codes built into the discs. For instance, certain movies have codes that are setup so that they cannot be played overseas. Do the same things happen ith games?
Xbox360 games usually have region coding, meaning US games can't be played in EU and vice versa (except the publisher wants it).
PS3 games are usually region free - though there are some small exceptions.
PC games are region free (language support can often be downloaded if needed).
