Probably not much more than it was for ME2. But nothing official from that I know of... I'd say if ME2 ran well on your system then ME3 will most likely run as well.

What a relief! Even thought I can't pre-order any collector's edition here in Sweden, I can at least pr-order the normal version and secure myself a copy :happy: But my PC can run ME2 with everything maxed out, so I guess I don't have to worry too much about ME3. Worst case scenario, I'll have to play everyting at the lowest

Uggh i cringe to imagine if Mass 3 didnt run on my PC. I would probably have to buy a whole new PC just to play it lmao

I read on another forum that if you PC ran ME2 then it'll run ME3 just fine since they're still using the Unreal 3 engine.

I wonder if they'll release a special ME3 360 like the lame MW3 or the GoW3. Would be nice to get two special controllers, the bigger harddrive(for Mass Effect goodies of course), and maybe even a special Kinect sensor like the star wars console is getting.

The reason I ask is if a ME3 is going to be released I will probably hold off on getting the Star Wars console.

If you check near the bottom of developer promises at the above link it says:

"PC specs should be around the same as ME2"

It's not set in stone though- they also promised an Uber Collectors Edition and then cancelled it.

I think I know exactly which thread and poster you're getting this from. They were incorrect. If we weren't getting a squadmate and mission then the box would have been changed long ago, just as it was to reflect the alteration from the original statement that it's a Prothean. It's been months since E3 and Bioware/EA are still showing off the 'squadmate and mission' thing, just more cryptically now.

Say, I pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition of Mass Effect 3 from the EA Origin. My query is when shall I be able to download the contents (game and other things) given the official release date being 6th Mar 2012?

Kindly don't request to go for the Collector edition; b'coz the postal charge Amazon is taking to ship it to my country (India) is half the price of the game!!!

Hmm, I'm kind of interested in knowing the stats and whatnot of these weapons. I may evade it if they're too powerful- hate doing that in RPGs (Finally I beat that boss! Oh look a cool looking weapon! Oh, it's not as good as the preorder thing I got from the start...).

Also, will there be a physical copy of the collector's edition or will it be digital only? If digital only, will if be through digital only, will I have to put up with origin to get it?

There's the physical Mass Effect 3 N7 Edition (CE) as well as the digital deluxe edition (which is essentially the CE only digital) You'll need to use Origin to get the digital edition. Neither BioWare nor EA seems to want to comment on the rumors that Origin will even be needed to play the physical version of ME3 so it's still up in the air.

I have Mass Effect 2 for both Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.

I might be tempted by the Collector's Edition, but it will depend on price and what this exclusive in-game content will be. I really couldn't care less about things like the hoodie, though that's just me.

PS3 is the way to go!!! Just sucks ME1 isnt on PS3
