Thats weird? I have the NZ EB PC CE preordered , but it did take my local store manager a bit of sku tracking down to find its code.
MIghtyape have it on their site if you have no luck with EB

I know, I work there. ;P We can find the sku in the system, but it's not 100% confirmed to be coming. We might have to revert back to the standard edition if it's the case. If I didn't work there, I would totally go with MightyApe, I just hope it's not too late and there's still CEs left on MightApe if were not getting them when they actually can confirm. :[

I hope so as well (Ive been getting all of my games from my local eb for the past 10 or so years).
But perhaps to be on the safe side maybe preorder from M.A (you could cancel it from them if your work does confirm they are getting it in)

Someone asked this question directly to EA some time ago and it appears the CE will be announced for Holland in oktober's Firstlook - whatever that is. Supposedly this takes place early october so that means we should be seeing the ME3 CE in Holland any day now.

I emailed EA netherlands after the Firstlook event (Gaming event in The Netherlands) and they only know of the Origin deluxe version. They have no clue about the CE (hard copy) edition...
Pretty sad.... EA is the publisher, but still they don't know if they will sell it in The Netherlands..

It's getting ridiculous, we had the CE of ME1 and 2 here, why not for part 3? They probably don't care, it's EA after all.

I ask, why do pc owners have to pay ownly £10 more for CE, when at the same time Xbox gamers like me have to pay at least £20 or more in some cases to get the same product

If they don't care about the Netherlands, I'm just gonna return the favor. Might sound childish, but I ain't gonna put up with this.

Did the same thing, only then calling their helpdesk. They said I should contact the gameshops themselves (gamemania, BOL.com, Dimension Plus, etc) because *quote* They would know sooner then them on when, if and where you could preorder the Collectors Edition.

Don't worry peeps. It took EA Poland over 3 months to get their stuff together and announce Polish CE, I'm sure EA Holland (or however it's called ;P) will do tha same sooner or later.

Well, I pre-ordered the Mass Effect 3 collector's edition, it's going to cost me quite a bit of money so I hope the game doesn't suck.
Still, I'm eager to put Ashley in that red and white outfit, play with my robot dog, use all those sexy N7 weapons and hopefully the new character and mission won't be crap.

I would imagine for the same reasons PC owners need to pay more for PCs than Xbox gamers pay for Xboxs. The bottom line gets made up in different places for the different platforms - in the Xbox's case, they make money back on the games.

You pays your money and you takes your choice.

 Since i missed out on the collector's edition of the first two games of the series. i sure hope there's some badass in-game armor!

This stuff sounds great and all, but is there rumor of an "Epic" or "Legendary" Mass Effect 3 Edition??? Because a few big hit games have at least three verities. Like a standered $60 edition, the "Collectors" edition for $80, and then the "Epic"/"Legendary" edition that costs $125-$200, for the die hard fans out their like me. Because in all honesty I'd pay $200 for the "Epic"/"Legendary" edition. Hell!!!! If it wasn't for the fact that all the GameStops by me had no more preorders of the "Mass Effect 2: Collectors Edition" i would have bought it. But I'm praying they do a "Epic"/"Legendary" edition this time.

I'm glad they are giving all these in game items and only charging 20 bucks more then normal where as other games give less and want over $100 for it. Thank you Bioware!

Obviously depending on what you got, I'd be happy to shell out for a top end edition. Something with a cool statue or something would be a definite purchase from me! I love the game, I love the franchise and love the characters...and this is the last of the story arc. I mean there's definitely a market for it out there, so why not?

I haven't had time to read through the whole thread, but any actual details on the character/mission such as if its a one-off mission and done or a fully funtional squadmate for the entire game (similar to Sebastian from DA2)?
