Its still a shame theres no ultimate edition with some kind of physical extra *cough* statue *cough*...but I must admit that it looks bad ass though!

Welp, all that I have to say is that I'm now a lover of the series. (Actually, I was gonna say something a tad more graphic, but, ehh, whatever) But only because it *WAS* on Steam. I just got done pre-ordering my collectors edition from Amazon.

I think that Steam captured the market with digital downloads, hands down. And while EA might have some successes there, I don't think that having two competing digital downloading sources (if not more), will be the way to go for most people. Will I still buy it and install two digital download sources? Yes. Will I like it? No. But if that's the price I gotta pay to play ME3, then so be it.

I'm still crossing my fingers even though it's indeed 99,9% sure that it will not be available on Steam. there's still plenty of time 'till release so there isn't really any point in per-ordering the DDE version right now.

Just saw the Collector unboxing featurette and was wondering one small thing. The Dark horse comic you receive, is it just issue 1 of Invasion or will it be a collection of all 4 issues?

Has there been any sort of announcement concerning whether the N7 gun pack and extra character and mission will be available as dlc on day one or at any point down the road? I don't know if I can swing $20 more bucks when all I really want are the $10 worth of guns and squaddie.

you shouldn't be posting if you aren't going to get the collectors edition. look at skyrim, its collectors edition was over $150 and they soldout in the first week of sales. and in the video, they mentioned that quatities are limted, so jump on it. personally got the ce to get the steel book case, and the hoodie for shep-that is badass-the savior of the citadel in a hoodie. nuff said.

Very strange pricing on Game.UK. Same price for all 3 platforms. It is much more expensive then ME2.
And, guys, please, you neeed to include soundtrack in collectors edition. Music has always been the integral part of the experience in this game. And you could surely squeeze it in for fans like us who want to pay this much for CE.

Oh, and yeah, price is steep for mostly digital goodies.
Batman Arkham City was cheaper and came with a statue. Assassins Creed was cheaper. Space Marine, etc etc etc.

Only SWTOR and Skyrim are more expensive, but came also with physical goodies.

If not for statue, usb stick, some kind of ring, then really, really, give us a OST!

Yeah, I pre-ordered it the moment I saw it... for € 89,99! But now the price of the CE has gone down to € 62,99, even better!

For some reason PC version of Collector's Edition is priced the same as the 'regular' version at Bol: €49,99. Great times to be a PC-gamer finally!

EDIT: 12game.com also has the Collector's Editions for pre-order, and cheaper than at Bol: PC-version for €42,49, console versions for €55,99; all same price as the 'regular' versions!

This. I don't really care about all the physical goodies that come with the collector's edition, but I want to make sure I can get all the in-game content possible.
