I need some help from someone more savy in terms of how !@#$%^&* operates in terms of localising their products.
Right now I´m having some problems with my 7 month old pre-order of the !@#$%^&* Edition(360) on !@#$%^&*.uk. On top of that no store here in Portugal is coming forth with any information on what pertains to selling the !@#$%^&*. They say that I should ask closer to March.
So I looked at other options. Gamestop, !@#$%^&*,Amazon. All UK stores are !@#$%^&*.
So I´m thinking about going for French,German and Spanish stores.But I´m not fluent in any of those languages, so the question that I ask is if !@#$%^&* usually localizes the extra content.
Point in case:
-will the special !@#$%^&* comic be in the language of the country it´s being bought on?
-will the 70 page artbook do the same?
I know that the voice overs will always be on english, and the subtitles are up to personal choice, so the !@#$%^&* itself won´t suffer any problems if bought on a non-english speaking country. But I needed some reassurances on the extra materials.

they said if they have extra copies I could pick one up, what are the chances of that?

They announced this like a week or two ago, yes it will be avaliable for everyone to buy. The CE people just get it for free.

Yes it will and also keep in mind that a best buy exclusive is in order

The exact same thing happend to me except that I cancled and reordered before the Xbox360 CE was not available anymore. Costumer service told me to do so OR to call them directly because such a thing (chaning delivery method???) cannot be done via mail.
Anyway. I can give you info about ME1 and ME2 in Germany.
- ME1 on Xbox had ONLY German voices.
- ME1 CE on Xbox had ONLY English voices, AFAIK. But it seems there was only a limited amount of CE made and it was the same version for all of Europe. There wasn't even a USK age rating but a PEGI (pretty rare in Germany) age rating like in the rest of Europe.
-ME1 on PC had German as well as English voices.
-ME2 on Xbox had ONLY German voices.
-ME2 CE on Xbox had ONLY German voices but AFAIK the comic and stuff was in English (not 100% sure. Talked once with a friend about it.).
-ME2 /CE on PC and PS3 had German as well as English voices. Don't know about comic and goodies.
-ME3 on Xbox will most likely ONLY have German voices though I read somewhere that this time even the Xbox version will have the English language (don't count on it though because when ME2 launched I also heared that the English language will be available as a download on Xbox Live - but nothing to this day).

And thanks about the heads-up on what pertains to the German versions. I was basing my logic on some youtube videos, but they must of been of a spanish person with a uk game.
But hey, atleast you gave me good news. One phone call and my Game pre-oder is back on track. And with some luck Game will explain if the N7 Warfare Gear and the Argus come along with their pre-orders.

Yeah it they ran out of stock for the CE earlier last week at Game across all platforms. There was a thread in the main forum where people were getting emails saying some orders were cancelled. Seems like they took on too many orders and have had to cancel a few for some people who ordered late.
The CE was always going to be limited and you could order it in June. Its not surprising now that its gone especially this close to launch.

Anyway, on topic: It is a shame that those who recently preordered the CE are getting 'order cancelled' e-mails. You'd have thought that Game would've realised they'd taken enough orders and stopped selling it when they hit their supply limits, as opposed to retrospectively dashing people's hopes.
