Graphics look awesome and since I have played 1+2 and have downloaded all relevant DLC it's a no brainer that I will probably be buying the final installment as well.
Since the game will be released in march next year I am assuming you guys have for a large part finished the game and are in polishing stage, but I do hope that:
- Kinect is optional ( I play on PC and hate Move/Wii/kinect stuff, I don't want to talk to my tv nor wave at it

)
- More rpg elements and in depth gameplay and choices that really affect the world, because the choices from 1 to 2 were only noticeable in the margins ( Wrex on the throne or not, Asari girl who is controlled by the motherbug speaks to you).
With indepth gameplay and rpg elements I mean that I missed a lot of that or better said development regarding this to take an example:
a week ago I stumbled on a " little" game, developed in Poland which is called the witcher and it was really refreshing that for once in a very long time I actually saved before leaving an in, or actually paid attention to what an NPC was saying to me since it could be crucial to win or lose a battle, also the fact that you have to use either a silver or asteel blade a strong/quick or group attack, have to coat your weapon against certain enemies, swallow potions to get an advantage which might just save the day are really an eyeopener, with all games I have played before the first two levels I play are more of a tutorial to get to know how it's played and once you nail that down, it's basically a walk in the park , sure there is some reall hard stuff in which you die a couple of times, but it isn't because you need to figure out the mechanics of a level or a certain type of enemy , more because of the fact there are more enemies than bullets type situations.
-Better story;
Don't get me wrong I really like the outset, but I am missing a search and find kinda thing , in ME 1 you gradually found out about Reapers and as a twist you came in contact with the remnants of the Protheans, which gave the game a lot of gravity storywise, in ME 2 I had the feeling it was more about practising the "old trigger finger" .Again it was a great game but the story to me wasn't that compelling, you knew from the outset you needed to get back at the collectors and gradually it became apparent that they were enslaved protheans, no reall instant surprises which I like ( with instant surprises I mean when in Indiana Jones the last crusade to got the final resting place of the 3rd brother and find a 300 year old living knight at the end of the tunnel)
-Characters;
(As a 3D artist) I really like the design of the characters, the only thing I didn't like in the 2nd installment are the sheer number of them, I usually play with the same 2 characters ( Wrex/Grunt, garret), what I liked about the last level of ME 2 is the fact that you had to choose which character was suited for a certain assignment, but because this only happened in the end it felt forced and unnatural, if you had put this kinda gameplay forth throughout the entire game, you got to know the characters on a gameplay level as well, take Mordin for instance I thought he was a commando elite but the idiot got killed in the end because he couldn't hold his own in the final battle( yes I did all the sidequests for all characters in order for them to like me), there was another character that had the same problem so in the end I faced the endboss with 2 weaklings.
To get back to characters, either slim the number of them, or make them more divers( alien weaponry/stealth/alignment etc).Another thing could be that you have dynamic team up so that you play with certain characters in certain levels.
Another thing is alignment of NPC characters, to take an example, in WW2 the americans fought in a ( temporarily) alliance to defeat germany, they didn't have the same world view or morals, in ME ( and a lot of other games) you have to win characters over which I begin to find restricting and not very realistic, I personally find that you meet characters according to the choices you make in the game , if you choose evil you" meet a blue sun mercenary who is willing to help with the killing, if you choose good you will meet an alliance soldier ( and these guys don't give bonus or malus points if you make a different choice further in the game)again a matter of opinion .
I am looking forward to what you guys have made!!!
