What we did know-
Cerberus mech
New roll and cover system
The omni-blade
Liara and Garrus as squaddies(honestly I was hoping to see some VS, or Tali)
What we didnt know-
Normandy airstrikes(Frakking awesome, imo)
Kinect(nifty, not all that interested, seems very trivial)
Krogan Female
Mounted turret usage

Actually we already knew about Kinect and the Krogan Female, which leaves the turret section - an inspired addition that's never been seen before in any shooter ever.

Why does everyone keep posting links to BF3?

Sounds like we'll be meeting one at last. So happy! But we have months to go.

We know that Kinect is Shepard's favorite console on the citadel. Also we know that we are basically getting an onrail shooter with no mentions of RPG elements during the entire presentation.
Well the onrail shooter is grossly inaccurate, and the dev's themselves have explicity stated what kind of RPG elements have been worked on, but I too am a little miffed that they didn't go into ANY kind of detail about new features, weapon mods, character customization, etc.

EDI, joker, legion.
We knew about EDI and Joker long ago, and Legion is a nice one but I believe they had already confirmed EVERYONE was coming back in some way or another.

Legion might be permanent, that's for sure. But there's no actual guarantee of that so try to ignore the folks who claim otherwise; his being on the Normandy for the third demo doesn't technically confirm anything more than his presence.
Still, I squealed.
I didn't see him on the Normany, I saw him in some vehicle at the "reaper base"; where was he on the Normandy?

Where was Legion? I missed it!!!
He was piloting some ship, i think. During the ground reaper battle that they showed in the demo. You only see a glimpse.

Personally I think it makes the most sense. Why else would Cerberus logically hunt Shep/join Reapers?KainrycKarr wrote...

Massive Mecha-Reapers on the ground and Legion gets his GTA driving on o/
Massive Mecha-Reapers? I was under the impression that those were Scarabs from Halo. Mainly because this game seems to be about us fighting off alien invaders in a desperate battle on our homeworld of Earth.
BlackwindTheCommande: The "dissapoint" part comes in with the "revelation" that Cerberus has been working for the Reapers since the beginning. Once again, Paragon and Renegade are divided into good and evil, despite the fact that the latter is used to market ME, unless of course the Rachni are actually working for the reapers too, trololololol!

More action
Thats a + with no negative.
having more action by itself is just good. (unless you suck at action)
now if that action means I can't level up and customize stuff...well thats a down side... but so far nothing has indicated that we are losing rpg elements for the ability to roll.
