It's probably just a virus or a collection of viruses. The game isn't built out of HTML files.

I went to the site advertized to see what the program was. It seems to access the site you have to install a toolbar on your browser from prompt.pinballpublisher.net. For those of you who don't know, pinball is the new name for ZangoCash. It's a giant 'pay-per-click' company that McAffe and Ad-Aware both list as distributing spy-ware and mal-ware.
