A quick bug list

To get started.
Quest Marker Bugs.
After the Urn of Sacred Ashes quest, the Barkeeper in The Spoiled Princess Tavern has a quest marker related to the Urn of Sacred Ashes placed over his head. There's no way to get rid of this quest marker, there's no dialogue related to it, and there are no items to turn in. The quest is marked in the journal as resolved, so this is obviously a bug.
After the Crime Wave Quest, once the Tears of Andraste are turned in, Slim still has a quest marker over his head and still wishes you luck obtaining the tears even though the quest is already resolved.
There are more but these are the first two that I can think of.
Major Clipping Issues
Virtually all Plate Armor has a majore clipping issue pertaining to it's right shoulder piece. Much of the shoulder piece goes inside any character, in any stance, and during any dialogue clips through the right prest piece, often where the spike is located. This could easily be resolved by modifying the shoulder pieces on the plate armor to remove the access part, which is not even visible unless the clipping issue is in play.
Prince Bhelin beird clips through his chest really badly. Most dwarves have some minor clipping issue with their beirds but it rests on their chest in such a way that it's not a major problem, not true for Bhelin. Since he's a major plot NPC and since the problem is so obvious, it should be corrected.
Most other clipping issues are minor.
Item Misplacement Glitch
The Ancient Elven Armor set is missing the Ancient Elven Boots, which are supposed to be in the Chantry at Lothering. This is obviously a glitch and it should be corrected. Players have already created a hotfix and BioWare should incorporate this hot fix into a patch.
There are many more issues like this, if anyone has something to add please post any Issues that you've encountered. Please make sure that they are not system specific, IE Memory Leaks, which are well known already.

For Change in Leadership, he should appear near Liliana's personal quest, straight from the entrance to the market. Sometimes he doesn't, and why he doesn't is unknown. You may have to reload from an earlier save point, and I'm very sorry if this is the case.
So everyone tells me and I have no earlier save point, which means I am royally ****ed hard because Bioware just couldnt make sure the game worked right before making the damn DLC. There better be bug/glitch fixes in the next DLC if its not fixed before then. Stupid to have bugged quests nowadays.

Looting a corpse and nothing on it.
it takes a few minutes for loot to show up.
on my rogue when i was fighting Zevran, his arms froze, in mid air. this did not correct itself until i logged out of the game completely.
i've noticed a bunch of graphic glitchs as well. like when you first meet morrigan, half of her bangs in invisable.

Has anyone else noticed that the Spring Trap quest in Lothering can be completed as many times as you want, basically giving you unlimited coin and experience?
Interesting glitch, works well as an exploit, thanks for pointing that out.
I just noticed another exploit too, if you click to disarm a trap, the moment your character reaches it you can move and attack enemies, run around, or disarm another and it will disarm anyway, giving you the exp and taking up none of the time. I rather like this, but I really doubt it's intended this way.

I didnt mind the instant disarms when it came down to clearing out a mess of 5 traps that were one on top of the other.

The thing I would most like fixed is the Codex/Quest bug where "new" items may be off the bottom of the page when you scroll down, so there is no way of actually seeing which the new one was: by the time you scroll to it the highlight has gone.
I never noticed that. Hmmmm, are you talking about Modded in items?
