4PM PST, Rob. In the United States it goes (from west to east): PST, MDT, CST, EST. Each timezone is a one hour jump. The BWStore sales typically occur at 10AM and 5PM MDT (thus 9AM/4PM PST).

Just as a note, It's all D not S right now because of daylight time. E.g. PDT, MDT, CDT, EDT

Will the Garrus litho appear under the ME2 art? I'm pretty sure it will, just curious as I thought the The Team litho was the last of the ME2 line and I don't even see the Garrus litho pic in the ME2 section.

Having just read through this topic upon getting back from work I about had a heart attack hearing they'd released them all in one go again, glad to see it was fixed this time around.

That said, I think this is going to be the last litho I buy unless I see any real standouts in future. The frequency of these releases combined with the abrupt price increase (which really should have been announced beforehand), international shipping costs and the fact that the actual game (ME3) needs paying for are forcing me out of the game. Shame too, I'd have liked to have called myself an out and out litho collector.

You might have a problem if you didn't get a confirmation e-mail. Did you save your confirmation number? Is the order showing up in your history?

If not you have some e-mailing to do...

I saved that confirmation number, no email though after 4+ hours...and after checking my order history I have 4 of the garrus lithos in there all "pending fulfillment"

So...What should I do?

I'd click "Contact support" and tell them to take 3 of the orders off. Give them the confirmation number of the one you want to keep

It took about an hour for me to get the Team Litho confirmation email, so I wouldn't worry to much.

Ah - I hated to sound stupid by asking what to do - but this is the first time that I've succeeded it getting a litho I want without missing out due to the storefront erroring out due to load.

Wanted to go about the proper procedure.

In NORMAL circumstances at 10am the lithograph pops into the store and then once all 225 are sold, it says OUT OF STOCK in big letters. And it stays that way until the next batch. However, this time, they ****ed up and posted all 450 of them at once, and once they realized what they had done, they took the remaning 200ish down so it's no longer sitting in the store. So, just wait until the appropriate time tonight, 5PM MDT/6PM CDT, and it will appear.

No. It works fine for me.

Works for me too, but it's kinda slow so takes some time before the pages load.
