As i've said before, I doubt very much that BioWare would give owners of the Collectors Edition an extra outfit for someone who dies ten minutes into the game.

The image we have of his face is of exceptionally low quality.  He might be a total beefcake (AAAAH!  MUSCLE MILK!) or he might not.  Time will tell.

In all seriousness I hope James Vega has a personality. I tried to give Jacob a chance on my latest play through of ME2 and he just cuts the conversation short, zero point going to talk to him. They should have given more lines to Garrus or Zaeed. Those two are bro-tastic.

I just find it silly that some people get so worked up over stuff like that. All we have is one small, low quality image of him and people call him a steroid abuser and other **** like that.

Didn't a news source say the same thing about him? It must have been one of the reveal magazines... PSM? Got a good look and described him as a "steroid-abusing footbal player"?

No he wouldn't because the Protheans looked nothing like the Collectors. The Protheans looked like tentacle faced beings you see in the visions and like the statues seen on Ilos. Either during or sometime after the Prothean genocide, the Reapers gentically and cybernertically altered indoctrinated Protheans to such a degree that they were no longer Prothean. That was how the Collectors came about.

The vision you see with the being that looks like a Collector is just that...it is a Collector, not a Prothean.

Excess is gross, yeah, but Vega looks more like a bodybuilder/gym rat rather than a juice head. Note that I did say possible steroid user

I love how everyone in the community is showing hate to a character that we haven't even seen in game. It's also pretty funny that everyone is hating his character design, through a very blurry low res picture.

Why not just wait a little bit and see what he looks like in-game before attacking the design?
