i´m slightly dissapoint with the fact that its ME2 with new moves and improvements
Dont take me wrong i´ve never been so hyped for a game in my life until i saw this but couldnt they just --- add more new gameplay features? i swear teh demo could have been a DLC for ME2 except for the new melee system
your thoughts?

What else can they add without significantly changing what makes Mass Effect...Mass Effect? I'd love to hear your ideas.

Besides that, they've already said they wouldn't undergo as much of a change in the mechanics for ME3 as they did for ME2 because what was in place "worked"

I'd prefer more devtime to story/dialogues/characters than to revamp gameplay mechanics again.

I'm getting a Dragon age 2 deja vu here. "We know what we are doing, trust us!" .. Yeah that didnt work very well

There are rumors going around saying that the demo is going to be more like Mass Effect 2 (less RPG elements) based on the demo shown and interviews. Take it for what you will

I agree with Khayness, those are the areas that will most likely receive even bigger improvements and to be honest with this being the last in the trilogy those are the most important areas to continually improve on.

No, the ME2 gameplay wasn't tolerable without modding the "ammo" system.

So? This is a good thing. ME1 combat was crap and as long as they add onto the ME2 formula Iam happy.Commander Shep4rd wrote...
