I recall an article referring to Wrex, Mordin, and Legion as cameos. Jacob is strongly implied not to return. So, she's "competing" (God I hate that word) with Thane, Jack, and Grunt for the last few spots. Zaeed and Kasumi can't even make it onto the litho, and Samara is redundant with Liara around. So Miranda, Thane, Jack, and Grunt are wild cards. Let the games begin.

I was making a comparison with Tali because she seems to be exactly the opposite of Miranda. I honestly didn't even notice your sig before.

She was one of my favourite characters fin ME2, and my favourite romance from the same game, so I hope she's a full time squadmate. But as long as there's a good story reason for her not being such, I'll be happy either way.

well i for one hope that Miranda is back cause if she isn't i'm only gonna rent the game and tell bioware to go **** themselves. I personally did not like any of the characters from the first game besides Garrus and Wrex, and once i picked up ME2 i'll admit i did not like Miranda at first but in one of my play throughs i decided to romance her and thats when i realized how awesome a character she was and that i want her back as a permanent squat mate for ME3.

I always found Tali to be opposites from Miranda - not in combat or skill but just in their personalities and demeanor. MIranda is the one who will be confident when she wants you in her bed while Tali will dance around it. Miranda is perfectly engineered. Tali is the perfect engineer. It's Betty and Veronica. Tali's entire appeal is on personality with absolutely no emphasis on her appearance while Miranda looks like Yvonne Strahovski where it wouldn't matter if she had personality or not (she does).
