 I'm sure a lot more people noticed something wrong with Mordin's voice if they saw the gameplay videos...
So, did Bioware actually changed Mordin's Voice Actor?
For those that don't know, the actor voicing Mordin in ME2 was Michael Beattie

If this gets confirmed, I know I'll miss Mordin's voice and his distinctive sigh

In this interview Beattie says that he would love to be a part of ME3 so I don't see why he won't be voicing Mordin.

Wow Mark Meer is actually an incredibly good voice actor...sure it's not spot on but it sounds pretty similar.

I thought that maybe the voice actor for Mordin had forget how to do Mordin's voice or something and it sounded very different (which would have been unlikely)

Also I'm glad to see Shepard has some more dialog...like when he falls down he actually makes a noise whereas in ME 1 say for example the part where Saren is being controlled by Sovereign and Shepard slides down onto the ground he doesn't make any noise at all.

Yep, a confirmed change. That's too bad... The new guy really didn't capture Mordin as we know him. Made it a little less enjoyable tbh :/
