Are they really still a problem? I noticed in the trailer Shep was fighting a few of them...i thought regardless of your decision in Legion's loyalty mission they would be no longer a major faction. Either they blew up or are reprogrammed. Did the reapers cause another schism? Or were those just some Cerberus Mechs that have geth tech in them?

I'm sure there will be some geth who still worship the Reapers, or they could have been indoctrinated by them in some way.

That pulse we sent out on Legions loyalty mission probably didn't get them all.

They're probably Cerberus mechs or some reprogrammed Geth. I don't see why Bioware would completely toss out that we turned them.
However, the same could be said for the Grunts and Hunters that were supposed to be sided with Elites in Halo 3, after turning on the prophets in Halo 2. We saw how that went...

As long as we are able to have the Geth and Quarians make peace I'm happy. It would be awesome to see the Quarian and Geth fleet side by side destroying Reapers. There's probably some Geth tho that have either been indoctrinated or reprogrammed to help Cerberus or the Reapers, or since your on the Quarian home world at one point (which is taken by the geth) they probably think your an enemy and attack you due to almost anything that has come to the home world usually attacked them. Just my guess. =P
