Because if the future's future tech can make light cut through metal, it seems the Reapers should have it in spades.
I mean, come on: why waste time blasting when you can cut through ships, buildings, and entire lines of tanks with a single 'swish' of a tentacle?
You know you want to see it.
Will Reapers get omni-blades?

It would be a great opportunity for some epic Harbinger trash talking when he's cutting through Alliance ships with her blade tentacles.

Finale of ME3: Shepard VS Reaper ressurected Saren in an omniblade duel on board Harbinger , with the Alliance Fleet battling outside and TIM urging them on...
Orbitting the Volus homeworld of course...

That's a completely unfair fight, Iakus.
Shepard will be fighting Harbinger directly, one-on-one, omni-blades clashing, in a half-hour god-of-war fight, at the Dark Citadel that is the mirror pair of the Citadel.

Just to be clear you are just silly about the light cutting metal right? I'm assuming so because iakus seems to be playing along.
If you are you should probably make it clear for those who don't dig through codices.

Ancient Thresher Maw needs Omni Blades to compensate.
