But I do hope we'll see Kirrahe at some point, giving another epic speech. Listening to the one he gave in ME1 constitutes one of the greatest video gaming moments I've experienced.

Yeah, that's what I thought too. The speech pattern sounds more like Kirrahe -- notice the subtle pauses in speech.

Yeah, civilization always needed a good speech in order to move it's *** and do something. This is why Kirrahe is gonna be vital to Shepard's efforts to rally the galaxy against the reapers.

It certainly isn't the Salarian councilor. Come on, guys, the councilor was voiced by Armin Shimerman - He was Quark, he was Principal Snyder! He sounds totally different.

It sounds nothing like Cpt. Kirrahe to me... He also voiced Ish in ME2 and, again, it sounds nothing like him either.

Kirrahe's voice is higher in pitch. Plus, the way the voice in the trailer says it is eerily reminiscent of K'sad Ishan and Vigil.Cancer Puppet wrote...

EDIT: Plus, why would Kirrahe be in the trailer anyway? He's a minor character that stopped being relevant to anything after Virmire. Doubleplus, in most people's playthroughs he is dead. It would make more sense for a mission-centric prothean character to say that line, no matter how stupid people seems to think that idea is.
