Eh, it sounds nothing like him. But to each his own, I guess, since some people hear "To-MAY-to" and others hear "To-MAH-to".leonia42 wrote...

Said it earlier in another thread, but I thought it was Udina.
Me too.
A "I just crapped my pants" Udina.
This was my guess as well.
Captain Kirrahe, is that you?

Hey it could be someone we haven't met yet for all we know.
Exactly. The council might appoint some new person to oversee the overall conflict or something. Meh.
..could be anything or anyone at this stage.
Edit: Could also be something that doesn't make it into the final game, like the fight for the lost speech from the ME2 launch trailer.

It probably isn't Udina since I don't think it sounds anything like him but I hope Udina is at the trial because I want to see his reaction when the reapers show up.

Now listen to this one and listen to Vigil. www.youtube.com/watch
I'm pretty certain it's either a Prothean or a human. Too deep to sound like a Salarian. They generally have higher pitched voices. Turians have that extra doctored sound to them as well as drell, hanar, and batarians. Asari are women, so high pitched voices as well. Elcor are monotoned. Quarians and volus sound like they're speaking through something and this man does not. And the vorcha would kill to have a voice like that. The voice is also too high to be a krogan's... so most likely: Prothean.

How the hell can Kirrahe survive? On all of my ME1 playthroughs, he ALWAYS died. It was unavoidable for me.

He definitely survives in all my playthroughs.
If you do all three things to take fire off of the frontal assault you'll save most.
Also, not certain, but you may have to save the squad mate at the top of the tower, rather then the squad mate arming the bomb? At least, thats the choice I always make, and it seems to work.

Makes no difference who you save, its the doing the three things (and maybe not turning on the alarms at their end)

Captain Kirrahe was a pretty high rank so I suppose it wouldn't be too surprising.

The turians and humans we have met so far sounded very different.
Kirrahe could easily fill a role that is quite important, but does not need too many lines of dialogue, so that he could be replaced by another character, like for example the commander of the united species' ground forces (seeing as a salarian could easily be promoted from captain all the way up to general within three years, due to their short life span) or as the commander of all the boarding teams which are sent to infiltrate the Reapers during the final battle.

FYI, Kirrahe can live.Ashton.Shepard wrote...
I have nothing against Kirrahe, but he's dead. Whether people want to say he survived the fight on virmire or not, which according to Williams/Alenko, he did not, I highly doubt he would would have limped away and survived the nuke. And Yeah, Shepard died once, but if any organization spent as many resources on Kirrahe, I would find that stupid lol.

1. Disrupt geth communications
2. Destroy the geth uplink thingy
3. Destroy the geth flyers
4. Disable the alarms
5. Save the VS that went with the salarians
Do these all of these things, and he will survive every time.

I though will be pissed of if Kaiden lives with Kirrahe, but I guess I could forgive it if Shepard kills him again some awesome way. I can imagine how it would happen.

Its, "We need a PLAN".
If it was "planet", Shepard's following statement would make NO sense.
This is Mass Effect 3, not 50 Cent:Whatever the name of my game is with horrid nonsensical dialogue.
We fight or we die. That's the planet.

If Kirrahe is still alive, you can bet people are going to complain if Kaiden or Ashley don't come back.
